Star 9yfq-2.4z three-way square bale baler is mainly used to bale pasture grass, rice straw and corn straw.

The pick-up mechanism picks up the grass bar on the ground through the tine. The tine moves along the specially designed raceway guide rail and transports the grass bar to the conveying and feeding platform. Then, the feeding fork is used to send the grass bar of the feeding platform into the bale chamber, and the piston compresses the grass in the bale chamber into a dense bale.

The three-way rope knot mechanism bundles compressed forage or straw into bales.

The bale density can be adjusted by hydraulic pressing device.

This machine can operate automatically and continuously. The design of the bale chamber and the bale piston is excellent, which can obtain more regular bale shape and higher bale density. The excellent three-way twine knotter design with a single bale weight of about 35kg makes the bale rate high, the bale strong, the baling effect excellent, and the bale state can be kept longer.

Equipped with one-way friction clutch to prevent overload operation of the machine.

Triple safety bolt is used to protect important parts from overload.
